What we record
Your name, work email, job title, the schools you belong to, when you sign in, and the delivery reports, activity responses, bookmarks and feedback you choose to submit.
What we never collect
Pupil names, pupil accounts or individual pupil records. Please do not enter any personal information about pupils.
Who can see it
You can see your own records. Colleagues at your school see only anonymous totals, with small numbers hidden. Spark administrators can see individual staff activity to run and evaluate the programme.
Retention and your rights
Spark can export, anonymise or delete your account on request. School-level totals may be kept after anonymisation.
